Terms and Conditions - On Time, Any Time - Guaranteed.
Interpretation
- "Service Centre"- The primary outlet for customer contact to request mobile service and or obtain product. The "Service Centre" is also the home base for the HOSE DOCTOR®.
- "HOSE DOCTOR®"- A mobile service providing on site sales and servicing of products to customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- "Customer"- Person that contacts ENZED® requesting service at the Location.
- "Location"- The geographic position where the mobile service requested and communicated by the customer and agreed by ENZED® is to take place.
- "Agreed Time"- the time the HOSE DOCTOR®" is due to arrive at the Location as discussed and agreed with the customer.
- "Service Charge"- the fixed call out fee from the HOSE DOCTOR® for the services to be provided to the customer.
Terms and Conditions
- If a HOSE DOCTOR® does not arrive at the Location within 15 minutes of the Agreed Time, the Service Charge will be deducted from the total nett value of the invoice.
- The Agreed Time, as defined above, can be renegotiated and if all parties are in agreement the new time then becomes the Agreed Time.
- The On Time, Anytime - Guarantee is effective from the 15th March 2007.
- The Service Charge penalty cannot be exchanged for cash or future credit.
- Any disputes over the Agreed Time are to be resolved between the Service Center, HOSEDOCTOR® and the customer.
- It is the responsibility of the individual Service Centers to resolve any dispute pertaining to payment for the On Time Any Time - Guarantee.
- The On Time Any Time - Guarantee applies to Australia Only.
- Parker Hannifin (Australia) Pty Ltd. (the Franchisor) reserves the right to amend the Terms and Condition as required.
